Newcomers’ Glen

Newcomers’ Glen provides a clearly defined and welcoming encampment with easy-to-follow camp rules, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for newcomers from all walks of life. Our focus on inclusiveness extends to dietary and basic camping needs, such as an allergy-conscious meal plan and basic loaner tents available at no cost to the newcomer. We offer a range of in-camp activities and classes specifically designed for newcomers, covering essential skills and building knowledge of the inner workings of the SCA, our Kingdom, and Chilies War. All Newcomers to the SCA, Calontir, or Chilies War are welcome.
